We cannot wait to go on the ski safari with Inspired Italy again. Best experience we have ever had from skiing perfectly groomed slopes before anyone else through wonderful rest stops to sleeping on top of the mountain in refiugios serving gourmet meals and delicious drinks. We skied with a small group with a wonderful guide who enhanced our trip with stories of events of historic significance to the area and made sure everyone felt safe and engaged. Real treat for the body, mind and soul. Loved it.

My wife and I and some friends spent a glorious week with Louise of Inspired Italy guiding us masterfully through the Dolomites. I can’t express how impressed I was with the region and Louise’s ability to share it with us. Incredible views, wonderful skiing combined with charming Refugio’s and great food. This is the most amazing ski trip I have ever had.
The Dolimiti Superski area is one of the largest in the world with 1,200 kms of pistes over 16 connected resorts. The scenery is beautiful and the weather during my stay was great.
The package offered by Inspired Italy is really unique and exceptional. A guide leads a small group of maximum 7 guests all week across all the resorts. Our guide Derek knew the ski area like the palm of his hand and we never skied the same piste in 6 days. We skied an average of 40 kms and 9,000 m vertical per day.
Finally, the stays at the rifugi at night were unbelievable. These are not mountaineering huts. These are luxurious accomodations at the top of mountains with amazing views and excellent italian food.
After spending a week on this ski safari, I do not believe I will ever be interested in spending many days in the same ski resort and the same hotel.
I will most certainly sign up for another Ski Safari instead

Inspired Italy - an inspired idea! I spent 10 days with ski leader Tim and a small group of like-minded skiers going from rifugio to rifugio in the high Dolomites......all on piste. It was a truly wonderful experience to wake up in the total quiet of a mountain morning with an empty piste outside your door inviting you to make fresh tracks after a good breakfast. The brilliant thing about this holiday is that all the organisation and logistics are done for you.....transfers, taxis, funiculars, gondolas, lunch stops, historical sites and - yes, as if to emphasize the "safari" - an Alpaca farm and a horse-drawn carriage to give you a tow for a couple of kilometres. Really, they have thought of everything so you can experience the Dolomites in a way that would be impossible to do on your own. The best of everything! Do it, go on an Inspired Italy Safari, you will never look back!

Possibly my best ski trip ever. The snow, the food, the beautiful rifugios, our fabulous guide Jil, the lovely group--all were unmatched. I've been wanting to do a ski safari for years and finally decided to go for it, and so glad I did. Any concerns I had about my ability to handle a long week of skiing were assuaged by Lou and Dave of Inspired Italy, who do a superb job preparing you for what to expect for the week. They also went out of there way to arrange things for me to arrive a few days early. Every ski area was great, uncrowded, wonderful trails, and spectacular views. Jil was unflappable, and so much fun to ski with, as was the rest f my group, all evenly matched, If you're on the fence just do it! I may see you there next year, I am definitely doing it again..

This Journey deserves 6 stars. Tim Hudson is an outstanding Guide and an even more interesting person. Food was AMAZING, Scenery was amazing, accommodations were unbelievable. If you are nervous about the backpack as was I don’t worry about it. After coming home I feel lost without it. Thanks again to Lou and Tim. You are a great team.

Skiing is a precious week. This time, Inspired Italy did the work. We Skied across the dolomites on great runs selected for our style and ability with great company and top accommodation. We selected the safari spacial and this one focuses of really good food, but you can select your own priority. All we needed was a small rucksack. So easy, great organisation, much easier than I expected. Got stranded as a lift closed early but Inspired Italy just sorted it out. Fantastic week. Recommend it. Its going to be hard going back to doing last minute disorganised trips on the ruff.
