Used these guys twice now. Great friendly drivers on both occasions and trustworthy company. Decent prices and so easy to book on their app and you can track the driver when they are due. Peace of mind that you have your drivers name and know what car will be arriving for safety.

Booked this taxi service as it was recommended for a wedding. DO NOT USE. 20minutes late despite booking it a week in advance and ‘not my fault’ attitude when they turned up. No communication why they were late even when we tried to ring multiple times.

I would have to give five stars for the journey to the airport but only one star for the return journey!!! They have had £300 for a return fare and I even GAVE, AS REQUESTED BY THEM MY RETURN FLIGHT NUMBER so they could have checked that the flight was on time, I landed on time and at pick up point early, but no cab to be seen, when I chased to see where they were I was told they had my flight landing time at the time I booked the pick up for...REALLY? Tired and could have got a cab immediately from the terminal for the same price. I would NOT recommend a return booking, very unprofessional and not good!!! When I pay this amount of money I expect better service, I could have got an Uber £30 cheaper and immediately…lesson learned!!! I’m sorry but for that sort of money I expect better service.

Picked up on time. Driver courteous and friendly. Price as expected. I didn’t get his name but wouldn’t hesitate in booking again and will be using them before trying any of the other companies in York.

What can i say excellent service, drivers were very sociable & lovely clean cars.
Highly recommend
