Always book with Hays. Get incredible help and advice. We usually try and see Izzy who knows what we like, and where we like to holiday. We've booked trips abroad and in the UK and the service has always been brilliant. Very competitively priced too. Would highly recommend.

We booked a holiday away yesterday at the Scarborough branch with Izzy who was so very helpful in assisting us. Extremely professional and polite and very patient . Izzy is a credit to the store . I haven't been to a travel agent in about 10 years always booked online however needed some advise as there were a number of us each with different ideas for a holiday. The team were knowledgeable, honest and ensured everyone got the holiday they wanted! Got an fabulous holiday at an amazing price! I will be back as this was totally hassle free! Highly recommend X

Checked round for best Euro rates and found Hays to be the best at €1.14. Advertised on the door. Went in to be told they do it at €1.12. .Surely this isn't right?.

The staff are wonderful, we had a nightmare with not knowing what covid tests we needed and passenger locator forms and they helped us at every stage even when it was not their job to do so as tui had made clear when we emailed and called them for advice. We will always book our holidays through this travel agent now due to the lovely staff and the help they gave us.
