Well I booked to go to Flamborough holiday homes site for the weekend on Tuesday thought it would be nice, John is over worked , mum in hospital at 82 just had her brain tumour removed! On Wednesday I had my internal defibrillator moved so understandably feeling a little bit run down and under the weather, not forgetting pain so looking for a little empathy. I rang the holiday place to ask if I could reschedule the visit for a week or two as I am in more pain than I had anticipated, I started to tell the lady on the phone why I wanted to delay our visit but she wasn’t even willing to listen to me , how rude! "Sorry can’t do that not given 7 days notice!!!!" Well sorry didn’t think I would be in this much pain I Tried calling again to tell my story but no change . I have always thought the people of Yorkshire to be kind and friendly but unfortunately on this occasion you are a bad advert for your area and the people of Yorkshire!!?
So we have been before MULTIPLE TIMES but we won’t be coming again and won’t be recommending you to anyone .
So you can keep your £60 because such a big company obviously needs it more than us...

Just returned from a one week stay on the Touring site.Communications with the site were excellent via e mail. There is a security barrier on arrival operated by a code entered into a key pad. Touring pitches are allocated in advance with a mix of grass and hard standing which are all flat. The site is well maintained and it was quiet mid week. Weekends it gets busier as many people store their vans on the site and have them moved to a pitch for the weekend. This is when the toilet facilities become really busy. Facilities were kept clean by the staff. No private washing rooms provided. Appreciated the provision of a hose pipe for replenishing the fresh water tank in my camper van. Excellent site for access to the local bus routes and for keen walkers access to the coast path. Overall we were happy with the site.

Lovely clean, well-maintained holiday home site with superb lodges and staffed with excellent friendly staff. Great location close to the spectacular cliffs of Flamborough Head with easy access to the Yorkshire coastline.

Absolutely love it here. The staff cannot do enough. Mandy and Dawn are so helpful. Go above and beyond .The staff are so helpful and always have a ?. Toilets ,showers and grounds are immaculate. Would highly recommend. It's like a home from home.

It's a caravan site with basic amenities (toilet and shower blocks) not geared towards children although it is dog friendly. No shop or anything like that if you need anything you have to leave site. The access is secure and the caravan plots are big enough to have an awning and car alongside.

Our second stay here . Quite site with clean facilities. Close to north landing beach and Bempton Cliff's.
