I booked AJ's Taxis today on the snowiest day possible! The conditions were awful, very icy. Yet both taxis turned up on time for the journey there and the journey back later. They were both friendly. Sue even got out of the taxi onto a slippery pavement to see me in to the Spa! So lovely! That's what I call above and beyond! Jonathan told me to take care as I got out and waited until I reached my door. I'm hard of hearing and they made allowances for this too. I can't praise these drivers and this company enough! All this and at a decent price too. Highly recommended.

I paid by phone and dropped my phone as I picked up my bag. Rang my phone when I realised and the driver returned to my drop off point with my phone. Honesty alone is worth a 5 star but what a great driver, friendly, helpful and honest, great service that I will use whenever I am in the area. 5⭐️

I had ordered at taxi persifically for 8.45 as my daughter has to be at school for 9 it turned up at 9.05 so my daughter was now late for school for driver john in car 10 to then blame it on the man who answered the phone I use this company alot and to be messed around like this is disgusting to then look back at the message and he has deleted the time he was ment to collect us but I screenshotted it before hand

Recently had a ride with this company when I was over at the coast, I have to say the service was great ,it arrived quicker than an Uber! Lovely chatty lady driver transported me, we had such a laugh in the car which made my ride so comfortable ..definitely recommend

I was given the name of this company and unfortunately they couldn't accomodate our needs at the moment however Paul in the office went above and beyond by spending time ringing round to see if he find me some help then ringing me back. Fantastic service.
