Chic Retreats organised our holiday to Florence, Italy. We were blown away by how amazing they were. They worked very hard to get us short-notice flights at decent times, and arranged our top professional and friendly driver from the airport and hotel and back again. The hotel was absolutely incredible. We were also given a special unexpected trip to a world famous perfumery. If I could add another star to my rating I would! Special thanks to Anna Dixon.

I have made a booking on their site thinking they are a genuine travel agency. I have not received any confirmation email of my booking that it is all booked and confirmed. The lady who i tried to reached out to discuss my situation on the phone was rude and very much unprofessional and clearly refused to pay the payment taken in full after 2 and half week from my initial booking date. IT IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT DOESNT SENT OUT CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND TAKE YOUR PAYMENT WITHOUT KNOWING AND REFUSE TO PAY BACK.

I stayed in the Riad de Tarabel in Marrakech from 12th -15th June arranged by Chic Retreats. It was the most wonderful, magical experience. The riad was stunningly beautiful with a series of quiet, cool, courtyards, one with a pool. Sunbeds and seating areas were dotted about so it was always possible to get a quiet area to relax in. It was beautifully decorated in a sort of french chateau style. The food was delicious. The staff were incredible. They wafted quietly around but were extremely attentive whenever you needed anything. Everything about this trip was of the highest standard and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you to the Riad de Tarabel and Chic Retreats.

Fake reviews. They show low prices but it’s just click bait. Every time we tried to book a hotel it would read “Unable to retrieve availability for…” I don’t understand what the point of that is. Getting peoples hopes up and wasting peoples time. Avoid!
