We used Hays Travel last in 2022, the experience itself was fine, but just a warning for those who also get/use the Hays Travel Money Card, once you finish your holiday you have to actively go in/call and cancel the card or you get charged after 18months if you haven't actively closed the card. The charges will continue until you close the account.

Went to Hays yesterday to book a cruise. We had an appointment with Courtney. She was so efficient and helpful. A lovely personality and so proficient. Nothing was a problem. She explained everything and we left Hays feeling confident that our cruise and our port parking was all booked. Looking forward to meeting with Courtney in the future to finalise the details.

Just been in to book a holiday and spoke to Sarah. We had seen a new hotel in an area we have previously visited and the hotel wasn’t open yet so we wanted more information. She found plenty of information regarding the hotel building status, and even showed us photos taken of it which put our minds at ease regarding new hotels.

Sarah provided absolutely amazing service, found an amazing offer and was so helpful for all our enquiries. All booked and excited to fly!

Really disappointed, hotel not as sold, I recognise travel company ultimately responsible but Hays Travel quickly passing responsibility without even acknowledging my concerns/photos or the issues I had raised.
I question why use a travel agent when you have to sort out any problems your self!

Great team in there, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They helped us sort our holiday very last minute when the travel corridor with Spain was closed. Would highly recommend anybody looking to book a holiday to go and see the team here.
