We are just back from our trip to Australia. Our plans were negotiated by the same person on every visit. (Brooke) Our requests were considered carefully and carried out to the letter. We even chose the hotels we wanted from Internet reviews. The overall cost was fair. This was a trip to visit my daughter in Sydney who was having her baby just after our arrival. I was still recovering from a bout of pneumonia and very worried about the trip. Worry was unfounded. The whole trip with 6 flights and 3 hotels went like a dream..Everything was as it was stated in the itinerary and we had a seamless journey there and back.. Thank you to Brooke and Hays travel.
