On the day the coach was clean and on time. Throughout the time we spent with the driver, Richard, he was excellent. Attentive, pleasant and skilful he provided all that we wanted from a driver. Many of our passengers suffer from mental and or physical disabilities but they too received the help and attention they required. Thank you

Ross Travel provided the coach and the driver for a Shearings holiday to St Ives - 17-21 June 2024.
The coach was adequate but not really well suited for such a long journey.
Our driver was Jamie. He was always cheerful, friendly and polite and I would give him five stars.

After some problems last year we decided to give Ross Travel another go with our golf trip to Malton this year. Steve the driver was very helpful and friendly and everything went to plan this year. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

Our charity supports older people living in the Bramley area of Leeds (Bramley Elderly Action) and we often take our members out on day trips. For our bigger trips we usually use Ross Travel. The drivers are always good fun, professional, very helpful and nothing is a problem. The coaches are always on time, they are clean and comfortable. Thank you Ross Travel for all the memorable days out we have had and for putting a smile on our members faces.

Just been to Bournemouth and couldn't have had a better driver. Jamie was friendly, polite & courteous at all times. I know Ross travel did the excursion for just go but I only wish that every driver was as good as he was. I hope I see him again one day.

Unfortunately riding with Ross travel is the worst experience I’ve had this year. I and members of my church embarked on a trip to Bridlington beach on the 10th of August 2024. The driver was racist, because we were black. He wasn’t friendly at all as he snapped at every attempt to engage with him regarding the trip. Before we departed from Leeds to the Beach we agreed on the drop off point which is major drop off point for all other coaches coming into the Beach. We had elderly people and pregnant women in the coach who go so stressed as they had to walk some distance from the drop off point to where our group of friends converged. He was the only coach driver who dropped us off at a different point. There were loads of other coaches which arrived at the popular drop off point except ours, even after we begged him, He refused. We had to carry and lift our tables and coolers etc, causing us lots of distress. I would not recommend Ross travel company and would never use them anymore. I wish I know the drivers name, but this is the number plate of the coach that took us.. RT73 RTG.

We used Ross Travel as they have a specially adapted coach to accommodate wheelchairs. We took a party of people with Parkinson’s Disease and their carers to The Deep in Hull. The coach arrived at our departure point in plenty of time to enable us to meet our planned departure time. Chris, the driver, was a most pleasant person. He couldn’t have been more helpful to our party. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The coach was spotlessly clean inside and out.

Saturday 27th July from Goole a Mystery tour break. The coach driver was a lovely friendly driver very clear with information a lovely smooth journey. I would highly recommend the coaches well kept & clean.
