I phoned them for advice & to help me with arranging a trip. I was told that the lady was with a customer & would ring me back. That was 3 weeks ago & I am STILL waiting! Would certainly not recommend to anyone

Horrific.... I was wanting a brochure and info about a winter trip to Lapland for my family. From the moment I opened the door, the lady was unapproachable, nasty and very rude. I was unable to post zero stars unfortunately, but that's what this place deserves!
