Kaye is friendly, helpful and always on hand for help and advice, such as when our Emirates flights were from NZ to UK were just withdrawn without notification. Kaye monitored flights constantly for us and gave us great reassurance whilst we were stranded on the other side of the world during the covid pandemic. Kaye was superb throughout our booking process for our trip to New York, presenting us with varied options and clear costs.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, we were unable to travel. Our group used Kaye to book a Golf break for us in the UK, and the service and attention to detail that Kaye gave us was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and everything from the rooms, meals, golf and buggies was pre booked for us so all we had to do was arrive and enjoy the weekend.
