My wife and I have now had the pleasure of dealing with Rob on our last two travel requirements. Dragonfly couldn't have been more helpful, Rob went that extra mile to facilitate our needs, even to the extent of making the need for last minute changes on our part smooth and seamless. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and personable and takes the time to understand each client's individual likes and dislikes. I would consider that the service that Rob and Lisa provide is second to none. We would thoroughly recommend.

I've used Rob and Lisa at Dragonfly for 3 holidays. Nothing is too much trouble, customer service is at the heart of what they do, and they have amazing attention to detail, both pre-departure and on the phone call to check all is okay on arrival. If you want all the stress of getting on holiday taken away, give them a call.

Rob really knows his stuff when it comes to travel. He is friendly, approachable and will go that extra mile to make sure you get the holiday you want. Rob organised a wonderful and complex cruise for us from Singapore to Hong Kong with city breaks at each end and flights. The highlight was the Pingxi Sky Lantern festival in Taiwan. Taiwan?!

Rob and Lisa operate a luxury travel business that is based around their innate understanding of what their customers want and need to make their travel memorable
They have booked several luxury itineraries including Japan , Hawaii and Oman and we have been more than pleased with their recommendations and ability to source Quotes from a range of suppliers to ensure affordable luxury and well balanced itineraries
