Went on the 45 minute trip. We had myself and my grandmother with limited mobility but the lovely scottish guide was very helpful getting us on and off the boat safely (you do need to be able to swing your leg over the rail from the top step). He was friendly and knowledgeable on the tour. There were 5 of us and we all really enjoyed our trip which was good value for money as a nice activity to do. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant seal adventure trip this afternoon. Our guide and driver was super, filling us in on the eating and resting habits of seals. We then took a great boat ride out to the bays to watch them resting in the afternoon. It was a wonderful sight to watch and a great adventure on the little boat. We sat at the back of the boat and giggled away with every splash we got! We would definitely recommend this super trip.

Went on amazing trip to see the seals ! Skipper absolutely fabulous, friendly and full of knowledge.
We saw about 10 seals,so beautiful and tranquil, such a unique experience to see the seals so close to the coastline. Definitely worth a visit!

Where do I start?!
Booking online was ok, no email or text reminder though. No where to get a drink / loos for those that aren’t initiated.

The skipper was abrupt, rushed, and a little condescending.. I asked if there was anywhere I could buy water l, to be abruptly told NO (there’s s cafe just behind the office). The trip lasted 35 min not 45 mins, there were no birds & the bird watching couple who were on the boat were told to go walking at Dell Quay at low tide to find them, the commentary about the harbour was rushed & we could hardly hear. Being a local resident I already knew where things were, but if you weren’t then you’d be clueless. The skipper then went on to complain about outsiders coming to live in the area, the clientele, cost of food & drink in 1 of the pubs (which I visit & isn’t factually true) and then talk unfavourably about Goodwood & say that he tells the children on the boat their ice cream it’s always melted there. I’ve worked for a luxury car brand & visits many times (this fact is untrue)
Maybe it was a bad day, but I’d urge you to not bother! We were rushed off the boat too.

This guy clearly doesn’t like tourists or non born & bred locals. Really not a nice welcome to this trip or harbour at all…
Mis-selling a trip for birdwatching with no birds is very poor. Why not just say it’s a harbour trip out & back to near to East Head in a straight line which is what we experienced…
Sounds like the seal trip is much more rewarding!
