Jenny at Tiger Eye travel was fantastic, she arranged our first city break with 3 children (ages 9-12). Jenny listened to what we wanted to experience, found a great hotel that could easily accommodate large families in the same room on a convenient location, put together the best itinerary which included a brilliant chocolate making class. Jenny took away the mental workload of arranging this break and I would 100% use her services again and recommend her to anyone looking for a holiday, whether that be a short city break or a far flung adventure.

Cannot thank Jenny from Tiger Eye Travel enough for arranging our beautiful holiday to New York and then crossing Canada from Vancouver to Toronto taking in The World Famous Rocky Mountaineer which was the most memorable stunning experience.
We finished our railroad journey in the stunning Lake Louise which is surrounded by the most beautiful scenery and the ice blue lake is amazing.
We then headed to the picture book Banff which is on another level. Ice blue lakes, glacier tours, excursions taking in stunning mountain peaks, gondola trips, and so much more with the attention to detail exceptional.
We headed to Calgary and Toronto which again were amazing and so well planned.
Jenny managed to arrange five flights, seven hotels, transfers and excursions without a single problem, even having to reschedule the itinerary on the Rocky Mountaineer due to wildfires in Jasper, all executed with professionalism and a lovely alternative in destination.
Cannot say enough really, the most stunningly beautiful holiday, planned to perfection, even the patience with our decision making (Sorry) was no issue.
Cannot recommend Jenny enough, we are already looking at a new adventure for Jenny to arrange.

Jenny was an absolute star in helping us to fill in the gaps and more complex items of a part-planned holiday!!

I’d already booked flights to Vancouver on BA Miles, along with an Alaska Cruise - but still had 10 days to fill (some in dribs and drabs) and, while we had ideas, are experienced travellers and holiday planners, we were really struggling for time, local knowledge and the best options for us while travelling with kids.

Jenny came to the rescue, really listening to our preferences and priorities, and coming up with an excellent package of transportation (car hire, float plane & ferry), hotels (5 separate stays) and excursions to watch whales ? and bears ?, as well as some really valuable advice for our cruise itinerary!

Everything was managed so efficiently - she was very patient with us when we were undecided or wanted to explore new options, and she was very honest when better rates were available for booking directly - and, ultimately, she helped us to put together an itinerary that, for sure, included several amazing experiences that we’d never have come up with on our own. Jenny advised on best places for us once she found out about what our interests were. Jenny totally tailored the trip to suit us.

I had a bit of money following a bereavement and was going to visit Australia to see family. I came across Jenny from Tiger Eye Travel on Facebook. Together she worked my family visit into an amazing 5 month itinerary to Australia and New Zealand. I experienced just over 3 weeks traveling by car round Tasmania. Visited family in Melbourne and Queensland. Visited Sydney and Uluruh, dived on the Great Barrier Reef and in New Zealand, visited a friend who lives in NZ and covered over 5,000 km by car. I drove a campervan down from Brisbane and then back up. Never done this before. I flew in a ski plane over Fjordland on South Island. Went up in a helicopter and landed on Fox Glacier. Did a sunrise hot air balloon above the Hinterland behind Byron Bay. Went kyakaing. Horse riding. Numerous organised walks and boat tours. Every single thing that was put in place happened as it was booked. With all the planning, and two books of reservation vouchers, sorted up front I just lived in the moment. No forward planning needed. I knew the hotel would be expecting me all I did was get in the car and move on to the next place. Magic ?.
Jenny and I talked for hours to work out what I wanted, what I liked. She suggested the perfect things to do. She worked with ANZCRO. I cannot fault one little thing.
Definitely be using her again soon.

Jenny Stephens was awesome. We gave her an outline of how and where we wanted to have a 3 month adventure and she organised everything. Flights, hotel, helitours, motorhome, ferry, airport transfers and she suggested an itinerary.
While we were in New Zealand we had a few issues with ferries, lost keys and cyclones . Jenny was swiftly on hand to help. Then, on our return we received a welcome home greeting and had a lovely feedback chat 5 star service.

This is the second trip that Jenny Stephens has arranged for me and I will not hesitate to have her arrange my next trip. Myself and my daughter are not long back from an amazing trip to Costa Rica! There was a lot of travel involved during the time we were there but everything was so well organised and we encountered no problems along the way. Jenny however is aways on hand if you were to experience any issues. Jenny is very knowledgeable and professional keeping you up to date with any changes throughout.
