Rachel has the patience of a saint, we had about a hundred questions and she was more than helpful making sure we found the perfect (first time!) cruise to mark a special occasion. My husband and I were a little bit lost as we have both not been abroad for many years but Rachel found us a perfect deal and explained absolutely everything thoroughly for us. We came in for a quote and had a chat with her, and when we came back two days later she remembered us and specifics we had told her, for example, us saying that it is for a special occasion, which was really nice. A really friendly, good team in this store, would use Hay's again. Thanks again, Rachel!

Myself and my friend Jane visited the Birkenhead branch of Hayes Travel today 24th July. A lady called Helen spent a very long time with us. She helped us narrow down are choices of holiday for next year. Helen was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She got us a great deal which ticks all the boxes for us. She even put my friends mind at rest regarding forest fires. ?‍♀️?. Couldn't of asked a better customer service. Excellent. Thankyou. Xxx

Although Sarah and her staff have moved and amalgamated with the other Hays shop, it is still the best place to book a holiday. The staff are always very helpful and obliging, and nothing is to much trouble for them.

Strange experience here, upon entering I was told to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly then eventually I was asked to sit at a desk with only what I can assume a new employee.

Told them what I was after and what I had seen online, then they went on the TUI website and completed the same search I had done at home, to then read out the deals / prices I already had.

I asked if they had any different options / ideas of what we should do and what was the benefit of me using Hayes over TUI direct - only to be told we will price match.

I am sure there are other benefits but I just didn’t get them so booked direct.
