Booked a cab today with 001 Taxis. Was in a rush but luckily didn’t have to wait for my driver. Showed up on time and got me there in time for my appointment. Very comfortable, very clean car and excellent driver (949)!

I use 001 regularly and overall they are reliable, good value and the drivers and office people really care about doing a good job. When things go wrong they make an effort to fix it. Really good service, highly recommended.

Female driver not very good English, absolutely no manners and not a careful, driver felt like I was in a boat not in a car... Finished the overpriced journey being Accused of taking some headphones that were on the back seat apparently according to her... Explaining this using a lot of sign language as her English was very broken, then asked to search my bag and pockets! I didn't even see any headphones in the car and I also had my own on!! She Didn't use the meter, couldn't give me a price before I got In, which should of been a red flag, but then overcharged me for less than 5 minute drive and kept my change. Use another taxi service, this made me feel unsafe and incredibly overcharged!!!!

After six months of excellent service in all aspects of the 001 Taxi experience I have encountered a snag with online booking. I can't. I have deleted my cookies and account history, changed my password, deleted and reinstalled my account. When I try to book, the process is the same as before but at the point were the booking is normally confirmed nothing happens. Please help.

Absolutely rubbish. Booked a taxi, car dispatched. Called the car to say they would need to take a different route due to roadworks, and while on the call he got pulled from the job as someone else was closer. That second taxi then cancelled. Called 001 and they said the drivers were independent and therefore could cancel a fare they didn't want. Unlike Go Green the app doesn't give you an expected pick up, meaning booking ad-hoc taxis appears to be futile. Terrible service.
