I booked a taxi, they didn’t turn up! When I called the office they didn’t have an explanation. And no intention of notifying me, had I not called. They just apologized & said they can send another car in 20 mins. I had an hospital appointment at 7.15am. The fare was £38. They offered a £4 discount I gave them £20. Outrageous

Good service. Reliable and professional. Would recommend them. I have been using go green taxi company for many years, and feel safe using them as some of their drivers are women. Ana was very polite and friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her as she is very nice and didn’t hurry me out of the car at the end of the journey. She is patient and kind and I would recommend her for anyone who is physically disabled and needs more time to get in or out of the taxi. I also use go green for any of my journeys that I need to make at night as they are a trustworthy firm in my experience.

Got a missed call from the firm, called back only to be told half an hour before collection for a wedding they wouldn't fulfill a pre-booking. Absolute joke of a taxi company.

I don't have a car so called them up to help move 2 small furniture units to my house. Got one of the larger taxis - driver helped load them in and move to my doorstep for a very affordable price. Really friendly and exceptional service - really went above and beyond. I would recommend this taxi company.

Decent service for the area we were in (some quiet village) and yeah, the price was a little bit expensive. It was about 30 quid for a 15 minute journey to the next village over, about 7 miles. Mind you it was a Sunday, maybe that's why. Anyway, driver was professional and polite. Cheers
