Shambolic company. Contacted them for details of a bus service from local village. Acted on their information and then stood in the rain for 30 minutes waiting for the bus at the detailed time. It never turned up. I then called the number at the bus-stop which says "Call this number if your bus hasn't arrived". I then just listened to recorded music for the next 10 minutes. Embarrassing excuse of a service provider. Do yourself a massive favour, do not trust this lot, they simply don't care.

Downtown Abbey Day Trip

Advertised as ‘Luxury Coach Travel’. But in the middle of August no air conditioning that worked. The driver said it was working but what was happening the fans were on full blast. I saw hands constantly going up to the fans to adjust. The journey was horrendous and uncomfortable so much so that I along with other passengers felt poorly.

The destination was perfect and enjoyed throughly.

I don’t understand WHY you would use a coach that the air conditioning system was defunct. The driver obviously knew this but insisted every time he was putting it on we would get too cold-we didn’t.

I won’t book another trip with this company as air conditioning is fundamental in August and any otter time when the air filtration on a coach should be paramount.

The Strictly trip over to Birmingham with Simonds was seamless! Dale the driver was friendly and chirpy even though the day had an early start. The coach was modern and really comfortable, and the drop-off/ pick-up was really close to the venue. Even with a tight car park for coaches, Dale did a fabulous job getting us there, parked and home all with a smile on his face. Thoroughly recommend Simonds and I’m looking forward to the next trip.

We just travelled to Lancaster and Back with 64 youth both Monday 8th Aug and Saturday 13th Aug and we couldn't have had better service!! David and Dale were so friendly, chatty and all round welcoming to everyone 🙂 Best service we have ever received with coaches!! Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and dedication to customer service 🙂

I took the 9.30 bus from Diss to Harleston this morning. I don't use public transport if I can help it, but circumstances meant I had to. I have to commend the bus driver. He was helpful, pleasant, drove really well, and basically made my journey a positive experience. I will recommend Simonds, and I will highly likely use the service again - just because I can! Thank you so much.

Simmons provided Busses for a wedding in Southwold and were excellent. I unfortunately left my camera on the bus, not only did they find it but they also wrapped it up securely and allowed me to arrange a courier collection. Very happy to see it again Thanks!
