Called in to purchase some currency but they didn't have what i wanted but a delivery was coming later the same day. Returned the following afternoon to buy currency and on entering there were two members of staff. One was busy but the other was sat doing nothing and she came to serve us. I asked for what I needed and saw bundles of money stacked up. She told me that it had not been counted and therefore was not actually in stock and so I could not buy any. Begs the question why she wasn't counting instead of sitting doing nothing? Bone idle and inept. Still i suppose 1 star is fair for actually standing up.

Spoke on the phone and the lady was quite unhelpful. Was a touch of rudeness to the tone of her voice. Was enquiring for a friend, nothing that needed security info just general info about their products and was unhelpful will use Huddersfield branch instead

Went on Tuesday 19th September to finalise details for our cruise. Emma was just brilliant. 3 ladies going on a cruise and needed to make sure.we were booked in for meals and shows. Emma had so much patience with us. She wrote everything down for so we could look back on what we had booked. Nothing was to much trouble for her. She certainly is a valuable member of staff. Just been down this morning to book another holiday,successfully sorted. Rachael is marvellous very helpful and patient it took over an hour to sort us out, we couldn't get where we wanted , so we changed location, this travel agency needs a reward for all their care and service.All the staff have the same caring attitude very rare these days, well done.

Left unattended for 25 minutes and ignored. When I thought we were going to be seen the assistant asked the lady who she had been dealing with to see photos of previous holiday. Walked out in disgust and booked our holiday direct with Jet 2.

I only went into Hays to get a small amount of currency. The person running the foreign exchange desk was in a video meeting but broke off to sort out the money and two colleagues immediately produced the paperwork.

Rachel has been quite simply brilliant with supporting us with our booking and some minor complications after with the actual airline ( Emirates ). I cannot recommend her enough and wish everyone applied the same level of care, as Rachel!
