Booked with Malta Direct for many years and have always found them professional. However our last holiday was spoilt by Malta Direct sending the incorrect confirmation date to our hotel resulting in us not having our accommodation booked. After emails and subsequent phone calls their offer of compensation was €3. The mistake was resolved the next day by the hotel (who were brilliant) but Malta Direct themselves were totally inept and now not even answering my correspondence. Avoid there are far better companies out there.
