Please think twice about booking with this company , I booked a very expensive package, cruise , hotels and flights , but since booking the cruise with NCL has been reduced in price , and had I booked with NCL direct I would have got the reduced price and not been £2000 out of pocket, you live and learn , as they price match after booking , iam now try to cancel the whole thing with them as iam sick of ring them , they didn’t inform me of the itinerary changes, the customer service is terrible they just want your money and that’s it . Never again

Booked a holiday with Galaxy Cruises through Adam.
This included flights, a stay in Bali, a 12 night cruise, and a stay in Singapore
This was an all inclusive package with 3 flights, 2 hotels, transfer service and of course the cruise
We had a fantastic time and all went like clockwork with no problems on transfer timings
