Kevin helped me book our holiday in Egypt and looked after everything, communicating well throughout. Teresa was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was patient and tolerant of us as we were constantly messaging and phoning her! Sorry Teresa. We will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

I booked a city break with the team, unfortunately my niece lost her passport and it was too late to replace. I rang jet2 that night and they said I had 48hrs left to do a name change. The next day came to do that and it couldn’t be done!!! Jet 2 had given me wrong info!!!!! Luckily for me the fabulous team Kevin & Sara sorted it all out for me. Going above and beyond. 110% service and satisfaction. Will definately be booking all my holidays with stonehouse ?

Just back from a gorgeous week in Minorca … Teresa was awesome from the get go . Providing us with many options to choose from in respect to resorts and hotels. The holiday was great and hassle free as Teresa had done everything possible for us so we didn’t have to worry about a thing .
