I had a great cycling holiday with this company! They put together an itinerary that was flexible and relaxing, with good scope for choosing the length and difficulty of bike rides. They also suggested plenty of fun things to do and see alongside the cycling. Customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotels they picked out were cosy and comfortable. Very pleased! 🙂

Same thing as Sarah for me, it's Weds we are leaving Sun and no map. Got folder with all notes over 10 days ago and slip saying "maps are to follow". No true, apparently hotel will provide... Accurate info pls. V poor.

Sadly we were massively let down by Inntravel, despite many previous holidays with them. For medical and personal reasons we really needed a special break and they booked, confirmed and took a deposit but ten days later called saying they had only emailed the only hotel, which had had a room and they not got a response, not followed up the email for eight days and the room which was showing available had now gone. They then changed dates messed us about booked flights again and everything and then did the same again. We are devastated. It was the only chance we had. For the sake of a few pence phone call we were completely let down.

Fake site that is filled with fake reviews. I was contacted through a group to promote this for «100-300 EUR for 70 explores»

Was curious at first, but realized quickly its just a bunch of bots advertising this through Facebook/Whatsapp

It’s Monday, I’m leaving for a walking holiday on Thursday and I haven’t got a map despite being promised I’d have one last week. Why am I chasing around before my holiday trying to sort it out? Are maps optional extras now on self-guided walking holidays?

nice venue and enjoyable holiday, but couldn't agree more with previous review - walking directions out of date, no directions to existing local information sites on walk closures ( 3 were closed after driving there). Offered £50 off pp but billed without this, only honoured after grumpy chasing. Would love to have given direct and promised review for internal publication but no offer made to submit feedback despite request. Feels like the company is coasting

Great travel company. Their organisation of the trip was first rate. The itinerary for the trip was first rate with lots of great information and pleasant smaller hotels. When we had to reorganize our return due to the cancellation of the Eurostar they did a great job finding a Paris hotel and a new ticket. Critically they were really good at keeping us up to date with all developments and made sure we were happy. Great experience and I will happily use them again.

InnTravel did a great job choosing lovely accommodations but as a “walking company” it fell far short. On our 7 day hike we found the directions to be outdated & often confusing. Directions are in narrative format devoid of compass readings or photos for critical turns so when the stone with an arrow or the olive tree no longer exist or the new signposts with different names have replaced the InnTravel narrative we spent a lot of time stopping & starting & backtracking. Two of the days were not actual trail hikes, but hot surface roads with no shade or anywhere to sit for a break to eat. It seemed like it had been years since any InnTravel staff had walked this hike (Pyrenees to Med) and that should be min spec!
