Shocking service, took an age to get them to fight out corner against the people they'd booked our trip with to get a cash refund not a credit. Then dragged there feet to get us our refund. There excuse was aways the third party won't do that or haven't paid us yet, always passing the buck. I'm sorry but I didn't book with them I booked with you therefore my problem is with them. Had to resort to treating legal action and formal complaint to ABTA and then if by magic my refund appears.
What should have been a belated honeymoon in Italy turned into a total nightmare. Will avoid in the future.
