Alhamdullilah. My husband and I recently were invited to our first Umrah and brother Ikram was our point of contact from selecting the travel packages to the visa applications and city transfers. He always asks how we were and if the hotel services were good (we got upgrades from both hotels in Makkah and Madinah) and he always makes sure we are on top of the things we needed to book beforehand like the Rawdah and ziyarats.

Ikram was very professional and prompt in answering all my queries from the moment we decided to book with Alamanah Travel UK and he also gave me updates and guides on how to perform Umrah.

Just one little thing I will suggest is for connecting flights, make sure the connection time is longer (I personally suggest 2 hrs or more) to give more time to change to Ihram on flight going to Jeddah and going back- so that your luggages won’t be left behind like ours did. We only had 55 minutes connecting flight from Qatar and we almost didn’t make it to the plane.

Overall, the experience was very good and would highly recommend this travel company to friends and I would also like to thank Ikram for all his help with our trip.

I recently had the incredible experience of performing Umrah with Alamanah Travel, and I couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish, brother Ikram was very helpful , making the spiritual journey to Makkah and Madinah a truly memorable one.

Ikram brother provided comprehensive support, ensuring that all arrangements were good. The accommodations were comfortable and well-located, allowing us to focus entirely on our prayers and spiritual goals.

One suggestion I have is to work closely with the transport team based in Saudia to further streamline the travel experience. While the journey was smooth, I believe refining this area would add even more comfort and efficiency to an already excellent service.

Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Alamanah Travel for anyone planning their Umrah.

It was my life long dream to perform Hajj, however since it’s not affordable for me right now, I went for the next best thing, Umrah. After hearing horror stories about travel agents I did my thorough research and came across Alamanahtravel and took a leap of faith and chose them to organise and support this holy trip. Brother Yaseen was assigned to me who was excellent throughout the process, from start to finish. Initially it was meant to be 2 of us going but with the will of Allah we managed to bring 3 other family members with us. Brother Yaseen helped me book a ticket from Bangladesh and another 2 from the UK. He was available on WhatsApp 24/7 answering any questions and had exceptional patience with good behaviour which we are very grateful for. I don’t usually write reviews but this company went above and beyond for us and won our hearts alhamdulillah. We were also looked after in Makkah/Medina by brother Noor who was our point in point over there. If you are wanting to go to umrah, please make the decision to go, your life will change forever for the best.
