He was very punctual, car was immaculate and I was extremely grateful for the experience being took to my family relatives wedding. We recently used Citilink Solutions Ltd for airport transfers to and from for our 2 family holiday.

The booking process was easy and both Rafaela and Darren made booking simple and easy. They were a great help in sourcing an appropriate vehicle with Isofix for our granddaughters car seat. The tracking facility for the driver is also a great help on the outward journey but not useable on return as had expired by time of landing.

Outward journey we were greater by Lucian. He was very smartly dressed and so helpful and polite helping load the luggage. Citilink had even agreed to take our car seat for our grandaughter and store for the return trip.Great trip with nothing to worry about until we realised we had forgotten the pushchair. By this time we were almost at the airport hotel. Citilink Solutions solved our problem and Lucian drove back (2 hours each way) to get it for us, obviously for a fee, but reasonable, service above and beyond. We were very grateful and this meant that as a family we could enjoy our time at the hotel before our flight the next day.

On returning we were picked up by Gordon. He ensured we knew where he would be picking us up and again loaded the luggage enabling us to ensure our 1 year old granddaughter was strapped in the minibus safely. Easy and worry free.Great trip home as we were all tired so no need for anyone to drive.

Would thoroughly recommend their service for reliability, service and customer service. Thanks Citilink Solutions we will be back
