Booking our South African holiday through Claire was perfect as she was very professional, straightforward and I felt reassured that everything was in place and had been thought about. It made my life so much easier with two demanding teenagers!. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, caring and enthusiastic. She gave me great advice and information which was open and honest throughout the planning and booking process. Claire also gave us tips and guidance before we left on what to bring and such which was very helpful.

I would not hesitate at all to recommend Claire Spicer from Travel Counsellors. Not only is she personable and full of energy, she really knows her stuff and takes all the hassle out of holiday booking!
We have booked with Claire on several occasions, and she never fails to find the right holiday for us. She has taken the time to understand us as a family and goes above and beyond to tailor the holiday to meet the needs of our family. Our recent holiday to Disney World was no exception to this. For example, Claire shared with us several different flight options so we could make the most out of the time we could spend in America. She advised us to book early, before the flights were released, and in doing so this saved us a great deal of money. It was also important to us to be in a quiet neighbourhood whilst also being within good reach of the parks. Claire spent the time looking at several properties, speaking to colleagues, and sharing many options with us. The villa she found for us was absolutely perfect. Claire also shared with us lots of videos, top tips and guidance that really helped us prepare for and maximise the experience. We really had the most wonderful holiday with amazing memories made! Claire has been amazing from the the day I was introduced to her continuing to after our holiday checking all had gone well. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out for us. Arranged an amazing holiday for my family. Claire kept us up to date at all stages (booking, selecting seats, check in etc.). A first class service that I will definitely be using again and recommending to others. Just let Claire know what you want and she will sort everything out for you.

Claire helped us to plan a family trip of a lifetime - enabling us to take our two young children to Malaysia and Indonesia for a nearly month-long holiday before our youngest started school. Claire put a lot of time into researching accommodation for us, and put us in contact with a really lovely local guide and driver in Bali. The places we stayed were beautiful, and the extra information Claire sent us with ideas of activities to do with the boys was super helpful. I had never worked with a travel counsellor before - having always planned my own trips, but now we’re a family a four, organising a trip of this size felt absolutely overwhelming!
