Visited TUI Superstore, Basildon this morning and was looked after by a lovely lady, Hayley. Hayley was very professional and helpful and was able to assist me with some issues , I had on my booking. I was quite distressed when I first arrived. But Hayley put me at ease, explaining things as we went through the booking and resolved my issues, to my satisfaction. I left the shop a very happy customer. I can't explain how helpful she was. I would highly recommend visiting TUI Superstore, Basildon. Thank you so much ?.

Love the new Basildon Store ?.
Was greeted by Stacey, such a lovely lady, so friendly and very helpful. Yound lady called Brooke, was a delight. She listened to everything we were asking for, and found us a beautiful last minute holiday. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our holidays. Well done ladies, you are a credit to Tui.

Booked a holiday to Turkey with Dayna and she was absolutely amazing! Provided detailed packages that gave us a range of hotel options, as well as finding the best price for us! Dealt with a lovely helpful lady called Stacy. She was professional and friendly and helped me find the best deal and explained everything clearly and I felt comfortable booking with Tui. I will definitely be booking all my holidays in the Basildon branch again. Highly recommended

The staff are always polite and very knowledgeable about their products, especially Danielle who is excellent at her job, always patient and helpful in finding just the holiday we are looking for.
