Perfect week for an adventurous family! Activities all day every day, plus an evening activity each night. Caving, climbing, abseiling, archery, fencing, high ropes, low ropes, canoeing, paddle boarding, hikes ... the list goes on!

The food is generous with cooked breakfast and tasty 3 course evening meal every day. Plenty of choice to make your own packed lunches, as well as unlimited drinks and biscuits throughout the day.

Everything is brilliantly organised - you do your activities with one group of people, and eat with another, to ensure people mix as much as possible. And thought clearly goes into ensuring children are introduced early to others their own age, single parents mix, and only-children are kept entertained. Running an activity for all the kids in the last morning while the adults pack up is also genius (and much appreciated!).

All the staff are so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable they also really make it an enjoyable holiday. Special shout out to Elliot, Freya, Kieran, and Che for being our guides.

The rooms are small with bunk beds, but they're clean and just to sleep in - it is mainly used by school groups so set your expectations appropriately.

An absolutely awesome family holiday where you'll meet like-minded people and have so many wonderful experiences.

Great week here with family of four.
Staff were super. Very helpful, knowledgeable and always enthusiastic. We went walking, weaseling, caving, built a raft, kayaked, climbed, abseiled and ziplined. Food was good and plentiful.
Only downside was the small bunk beds that were a little cramped for adults and lack of places to sit in the bedrooms. Otherwise a cracking weeks adventuring.

I am just back from a week at High adventure with my 11 year old son and what a brilliant time we've had!

I was a bit concerned about the room and small bunkbeds but after the first full activity day realised we would only be in there for such a short time each day ... it wouldn't matter.

The staff are amazing from the catering staff to the group leaders, everyone is super friendly. The food is plentiful, fresh and very tasty.

We were a little apprehensive holidaying without my partner/dad however they have you covered. The idea to seat people in the same place for mealtimes (which are different people to those in your activity group) means you can easily socialise across many of the families on holiday.

The activities are varied, the leaders are knowledgeable and have a great balance of fun and firm when needed!

I genuinely couldn't fault a thing. It's been so nice not to cook....... or drive for a week!

We've been home about and hour and I'm thinking about booking again next year!

Attended and archery and axe throwing experience in January with my partner (both in out 20s), and it was fantastic! As we were the only ones attending that session, the experience was very well tailored to us. We were given chance to test out what we already knew, given tips to improve, and given little competitions at archery. We will definitely be returning!

I've just come back from holiday there with my 3 children. We had a wonderful time. It's great to not have to think about anything. You pull up on Sunday and from then the cooking, planning of activities, driving is all done for you, the only thing you need to worry about is having fun and testing your limits. The activities start at 9-5, dinner at 6 then evening activities are 7:30-9. They even did a parents night off which the children all enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. It was great value for money and I'd highly recommend going to anyone.

This was a week long family activity holiday. Absolutely amazing. Could not recommend more highly. All inclusive with great food. A fabulous array of activities throughout the day and evening. Both kids (10 and 13) and adults had a great time. Staff were so friendly and help with lots of info about the surrounding area. Accomodation was perfect with a separate kids room which they loved. Thanks so much all at High Adventure!!!

We had a great weekend away at High Adventure. The activities were fun and the surrounding area is full of beautiful places to explore for walking, cycling, climbing etc. The facilities at the centre for outdoorsy people are perfect with good showers, drying rooms, kitchens and social areas.
