From start to finish a great experience with Sky High Ballooning. An early start this morning and made to feel welcomed by Phil & Anthony, a good safety briefing followed by assisting with the balloon inflation & a beautiful flight across Bristol and landing out near Compton Dando , helping to pack the balloon away & having a celebratory glass of champagne.

My first ever balloon flight was an amazing experience. Phil & Anthony were very friendly whilst being totally professional. I felt totally safe throughout the whole process of helping set up the balloon, the flight and landing. It was amazing flying over south Bristol and seeing all the familiar landmarks (including my house!) from above.

What an amazing morning we had. First time on a hot air balloon for me and it was incredible. Such a calm and peaceful ride. We could just take all the views in. Phill is a very friendly pilot. Made us all feel relaxed, and explained all the safety measures.
High light was the soft landing (was expecting to be dragged across the field lol)
10/10 for the whole experience. Felt like pet of the crew. Definitely recommend and will certainly be going again.

We were lucky enough to fly from the Bristol Balloon Fiesta and it was just an amazing experience - taking off and flying in amongst so many different balloons.
Matt the pilot was great and it was absolutely idyllic just floating slowly across Bristol. A fabulous trip and definitely recommend Sky High Ballooning.

Flew with Phil yesterday morning with my 84 year old dad. Phil was professional, helpful and informative. Just 4 of us passengers in the basket plus Phil as pilot. The booking system was easy and communication great.
It was easy to find them when we arrived and they were warm and welcoming.
They explained everything really clearly and answered all our questions cheerfully.
We felt completely safe (even when two out of the five in the balloon were scared of heights).

Finally got our exclusive balloon flight this week after several postponements due to adverse weather. Phil the pilot & Chris, ground crew, really looked after us. The flight was a tremendous experience, including the landing!! Bottle of champagne included, they even dropped us off at our hotel afterwards.
