Booking the ride was super easy and communication with them about the tickets was easy as well, since I was traveling from overseas (hello from North Dakota!) and wanted to be able to transfer my ticket to someone else should weather not work out for the date booked.
Our pilot was super friendly, as were the other staff involved with setting up and giving us rides back to our take off point.
The views were amazing, weather was perfect! Taking off felt so cool and so was the landing. We enjoyed the drinks at the end of the flight and chatting with all those involved in making such an amazing experience happen.
Absolutely recommend booking a flight with Bailey Balloons!

Cracking day out, Mike, the pilot v friendly and knowledgeable, was cancelled a couple of times due to weather and covid but finally managed it and it was well worth the wait. For early morning flights from bath you should be able to get free parking along Weston Road. Flight was 45min long but takes up to 4 hours with setting up then collection. All get involved in setting up and putting away which is all part of the experience. Gentle take off and landing. Had great views of Bath and the surrounding area- loved it ?.

Such an amazing experience with Bailey Balloons - a great team and fantastic atmosphere, and we even managed to fly directly over the Clifton Suspension Bridge!
It took a while for me to manage to book a date that was good enough to fly on (nobody's fault, just the Great British weather!)...but apparently, as Bristol flights go, it doesn't get much better than this. I guess good things do come to those who wait ?

I was given a Bristol Balloon Fiesta flight for my birthday from my hubby.
The whole process was simple to book. The Bailey Balloons team were friendly & helpful.
My flight was absolutely amazing & an unforgettable experience with, Mike, the pilot. We launched & you didn’t even feel you had left the ground. Being amongst all the other balloon’s at the fiesta was magical & I will treasure forever. Thankfully I booked the morning flight because the evening flights had to be cancelled due to the heatwave. Mike told us to take our landing position & my apprehensions were unfounded to the smoothest landing I could have wished for, even landing upright.

I just want to write to say a massive thank you for your support in putting together our host air balloon flight from Bath to Wellow!
Mike and the crew were fantastic and made us all feel safe, relaxed and piloting us masterfully slowly over Bath, the Royal Crescent and then southwards over the surround rolling hills for a gentle touch down in the perfect field, just south of Wellow.

Polly (my wife), her mum, our 2 children and cousin really really enjoyed it and it was a fantastic morning, continued with a wonderful lunch, siesta (early start) and a quiet evening.

Please pass on our thanks to Mike and his crew, as well as all the Bailey Balloon team who have been just fantastic.

Unforgettable experience. Everything about the flight was perfect. We were lucky enough to fly in our first booking. Weather was perfect, a lovely still warm June evening. It was so peaceful and incredible views. Crew were friendly, informative and helpful. This was a Christmas present for my mum and one she will not forget. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bailey balloons.
