5 Star Villa Holidays - Liverpool

This is a fantastic villa. There were 8 of us in our family and we stayed for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us. The main living area is great for having meals together and playing games in the evening. The pool is so relaxing and keeps you cool in the heat. We didn't think we would use the hot tub in July temperatures but it was surprisingly nice, especially later in the evening. Tugra and Sema were a fantastic help, they arranged airport transfers, an extra paddling pool for the patio area and they cooked us a really amazing barbecue one night. They also put us in touch with a really reliable, reasonably priced taxi driver who became like a tour guide for us. It's too far to walk down to the harbour so you'll need him every day. We can't wait to go back

My family and I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. The resort itself was beautifully and well kept. The house was staged just as the photos and impeccably clean. The only real issue we ran into was the pool / spa heater not working upon arrival. It took a day or so for the maintenance people to show up and then in turn the pool company, due to the holiday. However, we made the best of it and filled our schedule with activities in the meantime. The communication at the very beginning was a little sketchy and I prefer to have my check-in information prior to the day before my stay. Other than that, they proved extremely responsive and helpful. I would stay here again in the future

We stayed at a lovely stone house set in beautiful part of the Irish countryside. The house on arrival was clean and well appointed. It had everything a family would need to have a comfortable base of operations whilst exploring the immediate and further afield days excursions. The immediate surroundings were perfect, beautiful fields and great walks available. A trip to the local pub is a must. The house is close to several towns and small villages with a great link to Dublin via the very reasonable train, a great outlet center nearby for those liking to pick up a designer bargain and the picturesque curragh where a stroll with free roaming sheep is a delight. My family have come back home feeling rested and recharged all thanks to booking this amazing stay. I cannot recommend staying here enough. There is so much to do and see and the local people I interacted with couldn't do enough for you. If you want a stress-free holiday with lots of things to do then staying here is a no brainer. Go on book it.

This is far far from being 5 star... Both the home and the service.
The house has obviously not been more than surfaced cleaned in a long time. The shower was plugged and flooded the bathroom, the kitchen sink had an annoying drip, the laundry area smells badly of mold, and the beds are as hard as sleeping on the floor. Not to mention all of the little things like no WiFi information, the linoleum coming up on the kitchen, and the cupboards and freezer a mess, etc.
As for the company, there is no emergency number and they didn't even respond to my after hours messages in the morning during regular business hours. Even Airbnb customer service couldn't reach them.I emailed and messaged, over and over, in between cleaning. I obviously won't rent from this company again

Perfect hideaway spot above Alanya

Helena and Emrah are very nice and caring people. The house has stunning views and is literally perfect. It's quiet, nice, everything is high quality. I very much recommend staying there. If you are an unsafe driver consider using transfer services, albeit you get used to the roads.

The clue is in the name... 5 stars!! From the seamless airport transfer and the beautiful accomodation, to the stunning scenery and incredible hosts JP and Helena - we couldn't fault our experience. The villa was ideally situated in the mountains with breathtaking views across Alanya. The town itself has many brilliant sights and restaurants - which we were directed to by the hosts (including the best breakfast spread ever!!). The beaches were lovely and the turkish baths are a MUST. The hosts' reputation in the area meant we were always greeted with smiles from local vendors and their recommendations made us feel as though we got the truest and best experience of Alanya.

As great as our many excursions around the town were, some of our best moments were relaxing in the pool, playing ping pong and watching the sunset from the top terrace of the villa. The ideal mountain location meant we could also enjoy morning walks with magnificent views to start each day. The villa itself had all the amenities and more, including a barbeque - which we took advantage of on numerous occasions. Not to mention everything was immaculately presented and clean!

We cannot wait to head back!

P.s. If you are a keen skier, there is a piste within 3 hours drive (but make sure you go in season!)

Villa was amazing. Had the greatest time in Alanya and the Villa made it that much better. Very comfortable and a great place to relax.
