Absolutely fantastic company - they couldn't have been more helpful. We got our hotel in Mexico much cheaper than if we had booked directly with the hotel, and much cheaper than elsewhere on the internet. Jo, our agent, really listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect place. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Be very careful, hotel stay in Egypt was good, but ship changed on Nile cruise some weeks before departure. Five star MS Semiramis 111, no it wasn't given the old tale in Egypt it is, on Expedia website its 3.5 star. Shabby, food tepid never hot all the old speel when you complain, get out clause at every turn, your documents say Ultra All Inclusive, well that's not quite right as other people have written. Was not a cheap holiday at £3500.00 could have done it cheaper with the same outcome. Please learn by our mistakes, we booked through Egypt Escapes which is this company, believe me you won't escape.

Booked my holidays/flights/tranfers with this company a few times now, and always come back to them whether it is for a complete 'package', or just a simple transfer.
I have to say they are very, very professional, and very, very competitive.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any of my friends or family, or even people I don't know!!

We have booked a number of holidays with this firm and had great service. This time we booked online and paid in full believing we had booked a holiday, a short while later we got a call saying no suitable flights available.

That's life and they tried, bit we now have to wait several days for funds to be returned so we can try and book elsewhere which is very poor, why take funds if you don't have the holiday to offer?!?!

Never again .

I booked a 2 week stay & Nile cruise holiday for March 2019. The hotel was great but the cabin on the boat unacceptable due to being about the size of broom cupboard. This wouldn't have been so bad if the Meeting Pount reps had been authorised to resolve matters (they kept telling me they weren't authorised to make decisions) and when I rang the office as instructed in the documents sent when I booked the man there said that I was in Luxor and he was in Hurghada so what did I expect him to do! I managed to get an upgrade to a decent cabin only because apparently there was a no show so a decent cabin became available. When I complained on my return about the lack of help from tour staff all I got was a repitition of the events which I had sent to the office with my complaint but which didn't address my complaint that there was no support for travellers once out of Hurghada. I wrote and asked for this to be explained and have not had the courtesy of even an acknowledgment. Beware if booking on the MS Emilio as a single traveller - the cabins are barely big enoigh to take a single bed and have no decent window, the info onth ewebsite is misleading and the size of ht ecabin not explained when booking.

Gemma at 2bookaholiday was fantastic - we were a right pain - asking for different prices and details of loads of hotels. Really poor experience - booked and paid in full for hotel advertised as available on website. Only discovered wrong hotel had been booked and paid for when read a PDF attachment sent to me the next day (which I could have easily missed). Turned out requested hotel was not available at advertised price and was on website due to an error. Disappointing level of customer service when dealing with the issue as well.
