I've used 24/7 a few times now since moving to Hastings. Had a pick up and drop off from SLM Nissan, both Ali and Csaba were friendly and very polite. Booking and tracking exactly where the drivers were via the app, was a straightforward process.
Happy to use again when needed, Ali and Csaba are a credit to your team.

If I could give 0 stars i would, absolutely terrible service from this company, absolutely no communication and mix ups with adding notes on the app! Have waited over an hour for a taxi in the freezing cold with my child. 5-8 minutes means literally 58 minutes! What an absolute joke of a cab firm

Despite explaining a number of times I am disabled and in a top floor flat, instead of allowing me a little extra time to get down to the car park, they've gone within a few minutes of waiting. It's happened on a number of occasions now. On one of the occasions, I spoke directly to the driver and explained I just need a few extra minutes to get down, but nope, gone when I got down there. I was waiting in the freezing cold, it was dark and raining, spoke to the office that said they'd send another driver but with a long wait. I tried another taxi service in the end.

So myself and my partner just had a lovely night out and we’ve booked a taxi from bexhill weather spoons too battle, it has never cost me more than £20 to come home and I’ve been told that it’s now £30, I find this absolutely ridiculously I work in Hastings for the NHS and it’s never cost me this much. I spoke too one of their colleagues and tried to explain my point which I got a very passive aggressive response and when I tried to argue their reason they hang up, I definitely won’t be going to 247 taxis again!!!!

Left me a text at 7am asking me to call as soon as possible. Definitely not ordered a taxi but concerned as my sister and mum live in Hastings.
Called, some woman said would look into and get back to me, after saying she knew what happened but didn’t elaborate.
Called me back 10 minutes later and I couldn’t hear anything when I answered then she hung up. So I tried to call back immediately and was told she’d gone on break. No attempt to call me back after making me all worried so early in the morning.
Seems spammy and weird and very poor customer service.

I used these guys many times in the past to get to the station, and then one day I was informed I had an unpaid fare on my account, a journey I never made. I was told I had to settle it before I could book again, and I have never used them since. Sort out your crooked drivers adding fares to other people's account 247.

NEVER AGAIN! Abysmal customer service. Ordered a taxi to Battle, I was in the freezing rain, they said 15 minutes. When I checked on the phone, the driver was turning TOWARDS Bexhill. Called them, a fed up lady hung up on me. No problems, they are not the only ones in the area.

Terrible situation trying to get a lost teenage girl home from St Leonards. Took her in to keep her warm while waiting for 24/7 to pick her up. 2 attempts at a taxi, both confirmed bookings over the phone but gave zero text or call follow up. I call a 3rd time (an hour after the first booking attempt) and an aggressive woman calls me back shouting down the phone that she’d tried to get hold of me but I’d ‘hung up on her’. I’d been sat by my phone for the entire hour, desperate to get this poor girl home and get to bed myself, but no calls had come through at all from 24/7. She tried to insist I pay via a payment link that didn’t work or she wouldn’t send another car. Had to beg them to send a third car and wait on the side on the street in freezing cold weather at 1am to ensure the third driver didn’t bugger off too. Awful service from the office.
