It’s really good actually, but when I booked it’s £5, I know I have 4 big bag but before I called to company and ask for bigger car and said I have 4 big bag. When car arrived and moved me he ask about £10 cash I said it was £5 and I don’t have cash he take £5.75.
But the company and staff are really good and cheaper.

Our family group of 7 with cases and hand luggage were taken door to door from Bedford to London and a return pick up from St Pancras 4 days later. Our driver Abdul was brilliant, punctual and most importantly a safe driver. The car was roomy , comfortable and had air conditioning. Places for phones and drink holders also available. Would certainly recommend unreservedly. Our family were most impressed with the service- many thanks!

THE WORST CAB COMPANY. Ordered a cab from the Premier Inn & the woman behind the counter said they pick you up from the loading bay.

I asked the guy on the phone if we should wait in the loading bay & he confirmed this so we waited under the 4ft loading bay sign.

We waited for about 15 minutes then saw a cab on the road which was our cab. The driver said he’d been waiting in the car park for us & said everyone waits there.

This wouldn’t be a problem but he the refused to drive us to our destination even though he said the restaurant was only 5 minutes away.

He said he had to do another job & we’d have to wait for another cab. This lead to me dragging 3 young children round looking for the restaurant which we couldn’t find or hail another cab.

We missed our reservation totally unprofessional, terrible service.

I was so pleased with this dealer , Josh was the lovely guy who did all my transactions, he helped me to me to buy the first car 🚗 for my son and everything went so fast and very clearly so I have an amazing car for an amazing price , I felt so secure 🔐 and happy with all this process, so I highly recommend this ford dealer.
