I expected a safe and reliable wheelchair transport service, but sadly that was not the case. The driver drove recklessly, braking harshly and speeding over humps without slowing down, which caused me discomfort and risk. I even had to tell him that he was hurting my back and needed to brake more gently, but he ignored it. On top of that, he was constantly on his phone while driving. I tried calling the company to complain, but no one picked up. Very unprofessional and unsafe service.

Ordered a taxi for 4.30am to take the family on holiday including 2 young children. They text us the night before to confirm and the driver didn’t turn up. No way of getting hold of them at that time, no one picked up their phone line. Nearly missed our flight. No apology call from the company.

Really disappointed, as we chose to use 247 for outward and inward journeys to Stansted for a family holiday, agreed a price for both legs.The trip there was good, on time, charged what was agreed , the driver was a very good driver who got us there before time and was very courteous,(which is why they got 3 stars), then we arrive back into Stansted for the return journey to find out that they had subcontracted the job out to somebody else, who was charging us nearly £20 more, than what was agreed, was one of the worst drivers I have come across, stayed in the middle lane all the way at 60mph....on a motorway!!! and had no idea where he was going when we arrived back to Watford...and wanted me to pay up front before he even delivered the service!!! , not happy, won't use again

Awful company. Had a taxi booked with them for 5:30am. Confirmation text sent to me. No one showed up. Got an uber. Owner called me back later in the day offered 50% reduction on journey back from Luton airport. Gave me his personal number. Called, text, whatsapped him. Nothing. Called office. Nothing. Would use A1 taxis, certainly not these jokers.

Unfortunately our experience with 247 cars last time was negative. I ordered a taxi last month to Heathrow Airport. The taxi driver was in a different address and as a result we delayed to leave 15 minutes. I arrived at the airport and asked to pay by card (I had mentioned this already when I made the booking) but the car driver declined it and pushed me to transfer the amount to his bank account. This has never happened before but I was alone and didn't have any other choice. On our return back to the UK it was the same driver and he couldn't give us accurate directions so that we can find him. Once we found him we got into the car (3 ppl) but the space was not enough,it was very small and the journey was nothing but pleasant. The driver again asked for transfer to his personal bank account. I find this unprofessional and not acceptable.
A month later I received a call from the same car driver that he is waiting me outside to go to the airport although I did not order any taxi and wasn't planning any trips to the airport at all. I appreciate that this might have been admin error but his behaviour was rude and was trying to blame me for this request.
Frustrating experience overall we are not planning to use this company again.

I’ve had excellent service from 247 cars on multiple occasions. I recently had an issue with a journey and they very quickly responded to and resolved my concern. It is at times like these that you really see what the service is like (no service is perfect!), and I was really impressed with how they dealt with the issue. I will definitely continue to use their service!

Driver was rube and late. When he was made aware he said he can not do the ride and drove off. Very disrespectful and racial.
