An incredibly helpful, quick and efficient service. We spent ages ringing many taxis none of whom picked up or were already booked up. Matt came within less than 2 mins and was incredibly professional and courteous and made sure I got my train with plenty of spare time. And we could pay by card! Made what could have been an incredibly stressful departure not - thank you!

DO NOT BOOK THIS TAXI SERVICE. We booked this taxi two days in advance. When speaking to him on the phone he was driving and told me to text him, and then he confirmed my booking via text. But then the day of the trip I texted and called him multiple times and he ignored all of them, after clearly deciding he no longer was in the mood to to take riders that evening. It’s just disappointing that he didn’t even have the common courtesy to notify us that he had decided to abandon us so that we could find an alternative solution, leaving us stranded at the train station for an hour looking for a new taxi.

We booked 2 taxis to pick us up from a party, one turned up an hour late with no apology (we were waiting outside in wind and rain). We then had to wait for another half an hour for the second car to arrive. The first driver was extremely rude to all passengers and offered no apology or money off for this dreadful experience. Would not recommend at all.

We arrived from Fiji at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and met by a driver from CCD this weekend, they were on time - they met us from the airport terminal and drove us safely to the Cotswolds where we were staying. We used them 4 times a day taking us to the local Cotswold Towns and touring us to and from the hotel. Our children were well cater for and felt happy in the car which made our experience evenmore confortable, this improved the quality of our short break. Very early Tuesday (with two tired children) they arrived on time and drove us to London for us to continue our tour. They are reliable, clean taxis and friendly with great knowledge of the area - we honestly cant rate them highly enough. Incredible service and will definately tell all our friends who are coming to the UK next year for a visit. Vinaka vaka levu

My hotel booked the taxi service for me from Kingham Raliway Station - it did all they said it would - Arrived on time, Smart, Polite Driver, Useful Local Knowledge & helped me with my heavy luggage. I'd definately recommend this service to anyone who is travelling.

We had a confirmed ride and the driver did not show up and did not even pick up his phone when trying to call him. Finding another option at 7pm on a Friday ev was clearly a challenge! I would not recommend anyone to use this company! Very unreliable!

Showed up 30minutes late to collect us for our table reservation which we missed..... and then to take us back to the hotel after dinner showed up 25minutes late again to take us home... and on top of that was very expensive and offered no discount!
