Didn't turn up for a booking. Said they were busy and wouldn't be able to get to us until at least 45 minutes after they were booked for. It appears making a booking is pointless. Our afternoon out had to be cancelled as a result. Needless to say, we'll never attempt to use them again. The reply to this review is a lie. I was at the window next to the front door waiting 10 minutes before the car was booked for and ten minutes after it was due.

My friend and I had a lift from you're company on 12th August. From the leisure centre to the Monarch hotel. My friend left her phone in the taxi. I phoned and the driver brought it straight back to the hotel. There were so many memories on it. Thank you so much. Kind Regards.

They have helped me out of a hole a few times now, when other Brid taxis been rude saying school run time you having a laugh aren't you? etc. Today as always honest on what time they can pick me up, instead of saying be there in 10 and not turning up until it too late for you appt etc. Their drivers are always polite, cars immaculate and a good price. Love 'em ?

a massive thankyou to craig at 1st taxis, had an issue with my car and pulled into esso petrol station where i asked him for help with my tire. he filled it with air for me and followed behind my car home to make sure it got there safe, and then took my friend to his house for free just to help me out. massive credit to the company and so relieved he was there to help me out

Don't even take you 15 minutes out of bridlington - I can assure you I have not reviewed the wrong company, we came into the office to ask for a taxi to Barmston Beach Holiday Park and was told we can't take you all the way out there, all the way being a 15 minute drive. Came across quite rude and would definitely not recommend.
