Absolutely Pathetic first told me they would be there at 00:05 then had me waiting til 00:15! then the taxi still hadn’t arrived after i was told a 5-10 minute delay! then told that he said to me he supposedly said 15-20 minutes! awful service do not use! every other taxi company straight away to the point none of this rubbish

Awful service, had me waiting for over 25 minutes even though they said it would be 5 minutes. They gave me no update that it would take a lot longer than they had said and when I did try and contact them they were very dismissive and not helpful. I would not recommend at all.
