Jackie however is getting extra stars for exellence.
Jackie very helpful and convinced a driver to have a small detour and pick me up, do i got my train. Was busy day, and waiting time around 20 min compare to normal 5min.

Whilst helping 2 colleagues catch a flight with a very short time before their flight, I called on 1-2 cars to see if they could help. I spoke to a really lovely lady called Jackie and she was amazing deploying the car whilst we was on the phone, she was so kind efficient and helpful a real credit to any company
My colleagues wrote the below to me
