Took out booking for next days for wedding and they were perfectly fine and even encouraged booking the return as soon as possible to make sure we got a taxi. Next day they were 30 minutes late so rang up and claimed there was no booking!! We were then late for wedding. They gave such a horrible attitude and claimed we can't have booked with them. Don't bother to use these people if you want and sense of professionalism or even a taxi at all!!!

Booked for school run. Confirmed in advance. Turned up late leaving 4 year old daughter stranded at school for almost half an hour. No apology. When politely challenged was told ‘you tried the best, now try the rest’! Rude, unpleasant and sadly unreliable ☹️
